Daigle's Sausage Kitchen is locally run and owned by Russell and Edith Daigle since June 2009. We process deer meat and also have a wide variety of specialty meats cut to order. We make our own sausage, boudin, and cracklins with our own special blend of seasoning.
We have a large menu of fast foods to suit our customers from Salads all the way to po-boys. If you like a home cooked meal for lunch then Daigle's is the perfect place to eat. We have a weekly plate lunch menu full of Cajun cooking sure to cure your craving for a good hot homemade meal. You have to stop by for Fried Pork Chop Wednesday or Tounge Thursday!
